Fried Chicken Strips

INGREDIENTS

6 Chicken Breasts Fillet

4 oz Flour

4 oz Bread crumbs

¼ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Paprika

¼ tsp Black Pepper

Oil for Frying

 

METHOD

Lightly season Chicken with Salt and Pepper.

Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.

Cut Chicken Breasts into even ½ inch strips.

Coat Chicken Breasts evenly in dry ingredients mixture.

Fry until golden brown over medium fire.
