Whether you're looking for a great way to burn off some of those extra calories, or you just want to increase the steps on your Healthy Challenge Pedometer, our Healthy Challenge Walk on July 17th is for you!
The final date for submission of steps is on Monday July 18th, so this is a great opportunity.
Register early at our Healthy Challenge booth outside the Supermarket and receive a FREE Nature Valley water bottle. Frequent Shopper members, upon presenting their card, will also receive FREE Nestle t-shirt to wear on the Walk (while stock lasts).
SSU Fitness Club members and those who possess Co-Op Bank Pump-It Up! t-shirts are welcome to wear their respective t-shirts.
The Walk begins at 3pm at the Spiceland Mall Car Park, and progresses round the following route:
Spiceland Mall Car Park –> Grand Anse Valley –> Woodlands –> Springs –> Paddock –> Tanteen –> Lagoon Road –> Grand Anse –> Spiceland Mall Car Park
