Real Value IGA Supermarket, which sometimes refers to itself as “we” or “us” in this Delivery Policy.
What is the Cost of Delivery?
We only do delivery to selected areas at the moment (See our delivery timeslots) and it’s FREE to those areas.
Is There a Minimum Order for Delivery Service?
Yes, the minimum grocery purchase is [XCD $100].
Is There a Packaging options at checkout?
Yes, you have the option to choose recycled boxes or IGA bags. Recycled boxes are FREE and IGA bags cost [XCD$11.10].
How Do I Get a Receipt for My Purchase?
Itemized receipts will be emailed to you and given to you at time of delivery.
What If a Product is Out of Stock during the order fulfillment phase?
If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer before they check out to ask about a replacement. If the customer does not get a replacement, the item is refunded.
What If I Have a Problem with an Order, have a Question About Charges, or Wish to Return Something?

Does Someone Have to Be Home to Accept the Delivery?
We will leave the order with someone else or at an alternate location within the delivery zone only if you indicate this in the order notes. If a customer is not home for the scheduled delivery, please contact us to reschedule. Note a penalty of 5% restocking fee may apply.
Is There a Requirement for Accepting the Delivery?
Yes, the person accepting the delivery must present the delivery order# and be at least 18 years. Please note delivery is made to the address provided by the customer and a contact phone number is mandatory.
